Service work (site visits, installation, commissioning) is scoped and quoted individually per project after consultation; it is not purchased through this website’s checkout.

2. Quotations & Project Work

  • Quotations provided via the Contact form or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and may change after a site survey or full scope review.
  • Project timelines depend on site access, material availability, and factors outside our control.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, service and project work follows standard commercial payment terms discussed and confirmed with you before work begins.

3. Course Enrolment & Access

  • Course purchases grant you personal, non-transferable, lifetime access to that course’s video lessons and materials, for your own learning use only.
  • You may not share your login, download and redistribute course videos, or resell course access or materials.
  • Course content, including videos, notes, and files, remains our intellectual property and is protected by copyright.
  • We may update course content over time; enrolled students receive included updates at no extra cost, as stated on the course page.

4. Payments

Course and product payments made through this website are processed via our supported payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. For quoted service work, payment terms (such as advance and delivery instalments) will be confirmed with you directly before the project starts.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility for courses and services is set out in our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing, as it forms part of these Terms.
